Workout routine

Gym heads. I need suggestions for workout routine, I will try and sum up everything the best I can.

I work four days a week. At my job we have a gym. My current routine is Back/Bi, Chest/tri, legs/abs, and finally shoulders/traps/Forearms.

I am currently in a calorie deficit to lose fat and at the same time build muscle. This is currently working for me as I am almost 2 months in and almost 20 pounds down. I am starting to see my arms and chest getting more defined and im either going up in weights or maintaining.

I only have roughly 45 mins per day to workout. I hit each muscle group with 2-3 exercises (depending on which muscle) Each exercise is 2-3 sets of 6-8 till failure reps with 1.5 minute rest (again only 45 mins)

Ive seen online that I need to be training each muscle group at least twice a week to get big. I do want to be big but I also want to lose alot of fat. Also I can only really workout on the 4 days I work so I would not have a rest day within that work week.

Advice?
