I’m curious, how is brick placed on the back end of a walkout if there is only trench footing and a 6” wide stem wall?
Does the brick lay on the trench footing on the walkout end? There is brick ledge everywhere else, front and sides, but the wall comes down to really short 18” high, 6” thick stem wall in some places, and maybe a 4”-6” inch high and 6” wide stem wall (pretty much acting as the course of block, I assume) in other places of the walk out side, with a wider trench footing below.
