I haven't played ruthless since 3.25 Settlers (2 years ago) and was wondering what changed in that time and how the new league mechanics are.

What should I expect for example from new breach? Is it for example realistic to acquire foulborn uniques like rathpith on sc trade without no-lifeing?

Any other big changes that happened since then?
