Moving from Windows - A Couple Concerns

I'm thinking about switching from Windows and I'm almost 100% sure that Kubuntu is the distro I'm going to use if I do it. Have 3 main questions that I'm sure hours of Googling could find but want a few outside perspectives from people actually using Kubuntu
This one is less a concern than pre-planning. I know a lot of distros have a central repository of information, tips, etc like a Wiki. Does Kubuntu have one that is pretty well maintained?
I use my computer for both work and personal use. What pieces of software will probably be a problem that I need to be prepared for, especially since most people including work will still be on Windows and using Office
I know that Linux often doesn't play well with Nividia GPUs, I currently have a 5060ti and not in a position to change to AMD. What issues will I have and are there any known fixes?
