I'm all for more teams getting access to the NCAA tournament, but I feel like any expansion should allow for more regular season conference champions to go along with the tournament champions.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am starting to take Zepbound for weight loss.
Have any of you taken Zepbound or other GLP-1 inhibitors?
What side effects did you have?
Did you have good results and how long did it take to ramp up?
Since I hit my 50s, I've had such a hard time controlling my weight and I could use some help.
