We are testing using Apple Business to migrate MacOS from Jamf to Intune.

The Mac is at MacOS 26.6.2

Is there any option to have this migration run immediately?

If we do not select a deadline, it does not seem to work. It looks like the minimum deadline that ABM allows is 24 hours ahead.

We are testing and we would like to be able to do this immediately and I thought when we first tried this that it was possible to have it force an immediate migration but I don’t see a way to do this now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a weird one. We have Zebra androids that previously we could update fine.

New ones were purchased and activated on Intune. We cannot update. We tried creating a FOTA deployment and would get a failure to create error without details. In connectors and tokens I disconnected and when I tried to reconnect I had to approve again in my zebra portal and get a new token. Then tried again, and again failure to create. I have confirmed our licensing is correct in Intune and that the devices have support with zebra so they can be updated. I also updated the token from the connector to the Zebra Enrollment Manager.

Anyone run across this and have any ideas?

Thanks for any suggestions or ideas. I do have tickers in with Microsoft and Zebra no solution yet.

I’m piloting defender for endpoint deployment on iOS managed supervised devices that are in Apple Business Manager.

I’m a bit puzzled as the current Microsoft instructions say to deploy to managed supervised devices as an iOS Store app rather than deploying as an Apple Business Manager VPP app.

My question is why would we not push this out using ABM? We have done testing pushing it out using ABM and it seems to work fine but it’s in early testing. Has anyone successfully set this up and did you use VPP or did you use iOS store app for deployment? Thanks for any thoughts on this.
