anyone dealt with john locke support before 😭 im 17 and the only thing left was parental consent but the email never reached my mom because her inbox storage was full i reported it before the deadline updated the parent email as soon as i found out and emailed them asking them to resend it but ive had zero response my tech ticket got auto closed with "cancelled resolution declined" and no explanation its been days now do they usually take this long or is there anything else i can do
