Currently employed and living in the US, received a green card through an L-1A, around 3 years ago with my current company. A third party interested in me, US based company that would keep me in the US payroll, but would expect me to commute daily to a Mexican facility. I live in the US in a border town. I would continue to live in the us, obviously pay taxes in the us, mortgage, banking, etc. I’m worried accepting this job offer might jeopardize my green card/resident status or naturalization application in the near future.
