F**CKING HATE my G16
This laptop is so fucking garbage I can't stand this thing. Got this as a laptop for my work and it has the Intel 9 and 5070Ti which my friend recommended me.
I don't know if this laptop is faulty or not but it really pisses me off. If I connect an extra monitor through HDMI or USB-C , at some point the monitor will ALWAYS go black and I need to turn the monitor off and on again. Even just now it wouldn't recognize my usb-c monitor on the left port but by connecting it on the right port it somehow recognizes it.
Sometimes while working in Figma the laptop will STRAIGHT UP FREEZE and I need to hold the power button. Even dragging chrome browser windows from one screen to another has frozen the laptop too. I'm using g-helper and have the mode on performance using dgpu, as recommended by said friend.
I couldn't even give presentations on it while connecting it to a tv cause the laptop would just go fucking black. This hasn't happened since putting the G-helper on performance.
Mind you I treat this laptop with the utmost care, but imagine buying this hot pile of shit for $3000...diabolical.
Anything I can try to make this laptop stop acting up?
