Weird things happening while I'm sick?
I am genuinely curious what this is, because this keeps randomly happening ONLY when I'm sick and waking up in the middle of the night.
As I said, I only get this when I'm sick and at weird hours. I start to feel really uncomfortable and panicked for no reason, and my vision is super weird, like it's zooming in on certain objects and details. I also feel like I have to trace every object I focus on with my eyes, like make a mental outline(??) and that something really bad will happen if I mess up
For example, the worst "episode" so far was 2-3 years ago when I was REALLY sick, basically can't get out of bed sick, so I spend most of the day and night binging Regular Show. One night, I feel asleep with the show on, and when I woke up, it was paused (probably by my dad) at a scene were I could only Mordecai from the shoulders up. Then I got that weird feeling, and I began to trace him with my eyes, which was hard because it felt like my vision was zoomed in on him in a weird way, and I kept starting over because I was super scared to mess it up. For some reason I imagined that if I didn't do it right, a boulder was going to crush me to death (which is pretty funny to think about now). Because I cannot do shit, of course my impulsive thoughts said "just scribble all over it", and so I did. Of course then I panicked and got super scared, so like any rational person, my instinct said that if I sat up and laid back down in a certain rythm it will cancel out and I won't be "punished" by the boulder. WHAT THE FUCK WAS I DOING MAN. Too bad I messed that up too and began crying and shaking and waiting for the boulder to finish me off, but when I realized that nothing was going to kill me so I went back to sleep.
