Should I continue to rent or buy a property at a place I will only be staying for 5 years
Just looking for some advice here. My partner and I recently moved to Warrnambool for job opportunities and studying. We're currently renting at the moment for $500/week but hoping to move back home in the next five years in NSW.
Given the current changes and everything going on with the world. Is it worth buying a property to stay in for the next 5 years or should we just keep renting and saving up so we can buy back home in NSW with property prices that are significantly larger.
Any advice would be appreciated!
