Long term unilateral cases

Hey everyone, has anyone here had menieres for a very long time and had it only impact one ear? TLDR - I had a labyrinthectomy in October for my impacted ear (very much recommend if you have a bad case that isn’t able to be controlled) and curious to hear if anyone had it just stay in one ear.

I’m starting to feel ear fullness in my good ear at and have an appointment in June, but wondering if it’s just my anxiety/hyperactivity going on as I’ve always been terrified of going bilateral as I’m in my 20’s and just starting life.
