30 minutes between a payment and a ban
Hey there!
I've been using Claude Code for a while now, using my company's corporate quota, but yesterday I wanted to try a personal subscription (Max 5x)
I've paid via my card (forgot to turn my VPN off) and after that started working.
After 30 minutes of work I was logged out of the app and got an email "Your account was suspended"
I created an appeal after that.
My question is: Does Claude ever unban the users, do they make refunds? (cause 100$ for 30 mins is just horrendous) and how long does it take to wait for their response on the appeal?
