What doofus designed these Santa Fe notifications for my 2025 Hybrid???

I'm getting a phone notification every couple minutes while my car is parked in my driveway. Hyundai, BE BETTER! One alert is enough, or add a way to disable this particular alert!

What exactly is the rule here? Is it saying anyone can park on this street spot for 2 hours between 7am-7pm? But residential zone holders can park as long as they want?

Or are Residential permit holders the only people who can park here?
