So far, so good. It’s incredibly comfortable with no need to break it in like the CAR1 (though the CAR1 is a lot easier to get on) plus, I barely notice I am wearing it while standing, walking, sitting or laying.

The pee through feature is very convenient, but significant post-pee dribbles are almost guaranteed, and cleaning the Mantor is more of a hassle than the CAR1.

I do feel that the CAR1 can provide more tension, but I could wear the Mantor all day without fatigue (as opposed to around 10 hours with the CAR1).
