I hate mayonnaise with a passion, so I get my Hot N Spicy with just ketchup. No lettuce, no anything just ketchup.

9/10 times I get it back with cheese and ketchup. Maybe more than 9/10. Mistakes happen so I'm never too upset but it legitimately happens SO OFTEN that I have to ask if what I'm ordering is a secret menu order or something very close to another menu item and autopilot takes over? I don't understand I don't have ANYTHING in my order that has cheese on it and suddenly my sandwich is a ketchup and cheese nightmare.

I just want to know why it's happening at 6 different McDonald's now, so I can preemptively stop it.
