So, after seeing the "what's this knot" question in which the answer was Purcell Prusik, I got to thinking about variations.

People had answered the question, but then added that it needed one more wrap.

So: what is "correct" for a Purcell Prusik?

- the 3/2 wrap (3 on top, 2 underneath)

-the 2/3 wrap (2 on top, 3 underneath)

-the 3/3 wrap (the traditional prusik)

I have my personal answer based on the rescue training I took, but I am interested in others opinions.
