Advices for cleaning the mess before sanding

Hey guys,

So, i'm in the middle of renovating the wood floors in my house and had the pleasant surprise to find when removing the vynil flooring that it was glued to the floor. Moreover, the other side is full of fibers that stayed glued to the wood floor

So after removing all the vynil, this is the pictured result.

My endgame is to restore the floors in their natural state + varnish. So sanding is of course on the menu. But before, I have two extra layers that i need to take care of.

First are all the fibers that I need to scratch in ordre to reduce their amount to a minimum for my second step, which is to apply a chemical glue remover (don't know the exact term, sorry, english is not my first language) and then finaly scrap that hard glue layer that is really hard to remove otherwise. I'm pretty sure I cannot sand immediatly on this pile of garbage.

I was hoping you might share some ideas or shortcuts because my actual plan sounds long and painfull (I have six rooms in this condition).
