I've always operated under the assumption camera tickets were unenforceable unless served. I was never served with a speed photo from Paradise Valley, just mailed tickets from 6/2. Now a case is showing up on AZ court records but disposition is not entered. Will this go away or have laws changed recently and I'm on the hook?
