Hey so this is my first fondo. I have been practicing on Seymour and cypress. I starting cycling 2 years ago with about 4k km total. My ftp is about 220w and and I’m about 165 pounds so almost 3.0w/kg. How likely am I able to get sub 5 hours? I’ve been doing long rides at about 110km.
This is actually crazy. I park at 5:22 they wait for me to get out of my car as I’m going to pay for my parking and ticket me right away after. I pay for parking at 5:26 at the till thing. It takes a while to walk across the lot and I still made it there in like 2 minutes and 2 minutes to enter all the details to pay. At 5:25 they ticket me I’m so done with this. I swear the guy was camping me and was just waiting for me to park
