At a loss in ohio
My husband got our yearly renewal application back at the end of May. Renewal was submitted online on the online portal with all the verifications needed the same day. He had an interview with a worker June 16th online. Everything went well. She then asked for school verification for me because in January I started online college courses. Fine no problem. Since then we've gotten 3 requests for the same paperwork we've already submitted. And my husband has gone to the office given it to them and gotten receipts. And everytime we've been told this is everything we need and he also shows them proof they've already gotten it and proof it's been submitted online and in person. Today he went on the portal and it says our application is still being processed but under our snap case it says discontinued. He went to the office again today and spoke to 2 workers who have no idea why we're still under review. One of the workers said it shows we've submitted a total of 32 verifications in the last month. But no one seems 5o be able to tell us why the application is still pending or why the case says discontinued. Now we won't be getting g our benefits for July and I feel just helpless not knowing what to do or what they need since they seem to be mystified too!
