Long story short back pain onset at 20 years old suddenly and severe. It’s been crippling since then. I’m now 26 and just got a new MRI. I’ve had two pregnancies & back pain has never gotten better. I’ve done couple rounds of physical therapy. Several different injections. Tons of different forms of NSAIDs and try to exercise but end up in debilitating pain for several days to weeks after. Worse when I bend to stand, hurts when I sleep hurts when I squat or any sorts.
