Ankle sprain

I sprained my ankle in end of April. I was weight bearing and able to walk on it. I fractured the same ankle July of 2025. For the fractured i was in a boot for about 2 1/2 months then brace and went to physical therapy. For the sprain I was in a boot for a week. Then braces for two weeks. I couldn’t do physical therapy because i wasn’t covered for it. I am back in CrossFit and HYROx with my brace on, i could do burpees, squats, lunges, etc. i am afraid to do it without the brace.

Ankle sprain

I sprained my aft on April 28th . I was able to weight bear. I was in a boot for a week and a brace for two weeks. I wasn’t covered to go to physical therapy. I have been doing CrossFit and HYROx very modified with brace on. I just started lunges and burpees again. I have been doing it in my brace. My question is should i try it without the brace. It is sore and hurts after working out. As you can see it is swollen . I have to start getting my strength back .
