I graduated with my BScN back in 2022, but I never wrote the NCLEX. I`ve been working as PSW for the past 7/8 years, but I keep hearing there are no jobs and that there`s no point in trying. My friend`s boyfriend gave up after not getting a job for a year and went back to school for business. Should I try to contact the CNO and get my stuff together, or should I go back to school for something like a radiology/imaging tech.... what kind of jobs are even hiring... any advice?
