Please help me choose between the two offers : Salesforce vs Cisco
I'm a 2026 CSE grad from a 2nd Gen IIT, trying to decide between two offers :
Offer 1: Salesforce (AMTS) [Offcampus Drive]
Location: Hyd / Bangalore
Base: ₹16.5L
Sign-on: ₹5L
Bonus: ₹1.65L
RSUs: $28K USD (split in 4 years)
Offer 2: Cisco (Software Engineer) [PPO]
Location: Bangalore
Base: ₹17.5L
Sign-on: ₹6.5L (split over 2 years)
Bonus: ₹87.5K
RSUs: $15K USD (split in 3 years)
(Both have standard relocation/benefits)
Salesforce obviously wins on total comp because of the RSUs, and I've heard great things about their work-life balance.
Also Salesforce stock has decreased a lot in value, on the other hand cisco seems growing quickly.
On the flip side, Cisco is a PPO from my summer internship. I already know the team, the tech stack, and the culture, so onboarding would be easier.
Can you please help me choose between the two offers?
