The noise comes and goes. Landlord sent a plumber and they said its not related to anything plumbing wise. Landlord then said ask neighbor above if they got a new fan, air purifier, etc which they said no. Ive lived here like 7 years and never heard this noise but it keeps waking me up in the middle of the night.

Any ideas? Its starting to drive me crazy

Ive been a w2 forever but getting advice from people to look into doing 1099 as well and pick up something on the side.

How does this work expense/tax wise? Ill talk to a cpa but they obviously dont know this space in depth. If w2 gives me car allowance/milage, am i able to write anything off car wise? And what about meals/entertainment, where do i find the $ limits? Thanks
