Do you hate the job, or is it actually the people?

People ruin everything. You can just be going along doing your thing, working hard and doing your best. And then bam, someone else decides that they want to be the one to make your life a living hell. What the f*** is up with that? I don't like working in a toxic environment, but it seems like most places are rotted from the core. When it's in management's best interest and they have a hate on for somebody they're all for you telling them about how you were mistreated by a co-worker, but then all the sudden you're punished if you try to speak out about somebody that they like. F*** these politics. They don't deserve hard workers if they're not going to protect them. Time to move the f*** on, and get the f*** out into something new! I don't hate my job, I don't have a problem with working, I like to work. I have a problem with the motherf******s who have nothing better to do than to make your life miserable and get some sort of kick out of it or enjoyment. Damn sociopaths. Sometimes I feel like I hate my job but then I realize; it's the people.
