Hope this is the right place to ask... I recently had a root canal on 15 and then a couple of months later had 14 done.

15 was a nightmare from the second drilling started. I felt numb, but could still feel the sensitivity. I got some more numbing, drilling continued and then felt big pain again once they got the nerve area (pulp I think it’s called? I'm new to this). They numbed that directly then continued with everything and it was fine.

14 was a walk in the park. No pain whatsoever during any part of the procedure. I would just like to know why.
