People who cured their bad breath with steroid nasal spray , are you all still cured ? Do you have relpase

I wish I could be normal like other people. Living with this is exhausting especially when you are doing so much to try n keep it in control but still it persists to kill your confidence. My nervous system is always hyper vigilant. Always scanning for reaction from people , always worried if they can smell it. And the worst part is , the anxiety just worsens it due to dryness. Sometimes I just want to give up. It took the best years of my life and I don't know how many more. Is it worth living like this

I have been suffering from Room filling nasal bad breath. The rinse solution itself has a fishy odour after rinsing. It's coating the back of my throat too . I don't have significant Postnasal drip but there's occasional clear secretions daily.. I took antihistamines and it did reduce the odour.. nasal rinse still has a mild fishy odour and my throat still gets coated with the same. Anyone has any idea regarding this.
