Is there any possible way to hack into a view only trust wallet containing BNB, and move it elsewhere? View only wallets are supposedly untouchable?!

I’m new to crypto. I received BNB in my trust wallet. I was going to use moon pay to exchange but was told I had to buy 100$ worth of bitcoin to create a history in order be able to exchange. This doesn’t seem right…Can someone please advise me as to how I should proceed? The end goal is to cash out to my bank account. I’m including part of the conversion I had with the individual who was “helping “ me.
