I have adenomyosis- is this causing anyone else’s lower abdomen to be bloated? And can anyone add any insight if having your uterus removed alleviated this symptom?

I am considering getting my uterus removed because of adenomyosis but I am unable to take HRT because of a prior health issue. What will be the after effects of having my uterus removed but unable to do HRT?
