Does anyone have difficulties concentrating with the V2K tinnitus sound ringing in their ears 24/7? I study languages, so I really need my brain for concentrating. I was wondering if anyone has came up with any ways to get around the issue?

I'm almost 100% certain that there is something out of my control being used against me, as I've been experiencing electrical shocks and using synthetic telepathy to talk to voices that are 100% my family.
Therefore, after seeing a couple posts by other people, I've been wondering what exactly it is that is being used to cause these experiences.

A random one, but I've recently came into the experience of hearing voices and experiencing electrical shocks that I believe are externally controlled. As such, I've been thinking of ways that this technology could work that differ from the usual inserted by biosensor, or remote beamed microwave and was wondering if anyone has changed phones since everything about our lives is practically online nowadays.
