UTI again after a month

Ugh, I’m so frustrated. I got my first UTI ever last month after my partner forgot to wash his hands fully after cooking (before yk, touching it). At least I had something I could link the UTI to back then. But, last night, I went to the bathroom when out for dinner with my boyfriend and felt a sudden pressure again. I’ve been doing everything right this time!! I freaked out, and it got worse throughout the night. It’s definitely a UTI but I’m so afraid, last time I got a yeast infection as a result of the antibiotics and the whole process of recovery took over 3 weeks, I’ve just barely been able to live my life again 😣.

Any advice? I’ve been considering certain supplements, and I want to make sure I can recover quickly/avoid another horrible yeast infection that would keep me up for more nights. Anything helps!
