I am supposed to start working at a university in Shandong province next month and I’m wondering if anyone has insight about drug tests for that location. I was a moderate cannabis user before I got the job as it’s completely legal here in the US, but stopped as soon as I knew. I’ll still test positive on a hair follicle test for a month or so after I arrive, should I be worried?

I'm in the process of applying for a work visa in China, and my employer says they will need the physical exam form before they can get the work permit notification for me to get the Z-visa. I've tried calling urgent care, hospitals, and my own primary care and no one will do the chest x-rays, EKG, and blood work I need, especially not in the time I need it by.

My employer just told me yesterday about this and I'm supposed to start working on August 29. Anyone have advice here?
