I'm trying to pick a backpack, but everyone I ask for size recommendations give different answes :(

Firtsly, I'll be going to a festival for a week with my friends this summer, but after that I'll be using it for travel and hiking. I live in Europe, so I'm planning on going hiking around Europe, Scandinavia and maybe the UK. Also, at some point I'll be travelling to China for at least a month.

The hikes will probably be ranging from a few days to whole-week trips.

The backpacks I have looked at are 44L, 48L, 52L and 60L, so I'm just wondering which of these would be the best choice? Or if i should go larger/smaller?

I'm very uncertain, so any help would be greatly appreciated :)
