Sakrete top 'n bond or flo-coat instead of fast setting feather patch?

Can Sakrete top 'n bond or flo-coat be used to fill small dips and unevenness of concrete subfloor prior to installation of SPC LVP? I have already ground down high spots and all dips are now less than 3/16 over 10 ft. In the first section of my house that is where I put the floor in and can feel some hollow spots and I wish I would have filled in any little dips. I just like the idea of more pot time and not rushing to get a skim/patch spread smoothly before it sets. Most are localized dips but a few larger areas as well.

Best approach for concrete subfloor prep for SPC LVP.

I’m on the 2nd of 3rd section of flooring my house with 8mm thick SPC LVP. After pulling up the living room and kitchen/entry way, the slab is much more bumpy/wavy than the first side of the house I started on and kind of at a loss of what approach I should take to flatten it out. I don’t really want to self level the whole floor as it is a large area (700ish sqft) and I would need to blend it into the first section that I didn’t self level. In the prior rooms I grinded down localized high spots and patched low spots. The attached chart is measurements at 1 foot intervals with the highest point at the reference and the second picture is my laser plane showing how bumpy wavy it is. Should I skim coat, patch localized areas, or do I have to bite the bullet and self level? Any advice would be appreciated.
