Export Entire Notebook as Text in Partner App?!

I didn't realize how easy it was to go from handwriting on the Supernote to text you can use on your computer.

I just learned you can export your entire notebook as text.

I have a .note file (not a real-time recognition one - just a standard one), and in the Partner App (on the computer), when you right-click the .note and choose export, you can export the entire notebook as .note, .png, .pdf, and .txt.

When I exported as .txt, it converted all my handwritten, sloppy notes across the entire notebook into a single .txt file.

Here is one of my notebook pages showing my writing, along with the corresponding section in the .txt file.

I assumed I needed to use a real-time recognition version of a .note, and then convert from writing to text on the device, and export from the device as a text file, etc., etc.,...

Easy peasy and so accurate!

So easy to take meeting notes, write a long-form story or article, and export to txt for further use on the computer.

(I've had a Supernote device for a few years and keep learning cool things to do with it - while still keeping it distraction-free as my replacement for paper notebooks).

Handwriting Recognition Clickbait Headline Here

Just for the fun of it - while I've been writing printed characters for years - I gave the ol' cursive writing a go on my Manta. I can barely read my scratchy writing, but the Supernote had NO problem whatsoever converting it to text.

I actually stopped writing cursive in 2005 when I purchased a Tablet PC for digital writing. I paid $3,225 for it, and by golly, for that kind of money I was GOING to make it work. OCR was scratchy at best, even with printing.

20 years later, and I can write sloppily in cursive and have it work flawlessly!
