Dreaming about Miralux
17 years ago I bought a Miralux indulgence collection (ultra-plush) mattress. I love it. After 17 years it is as comfortable as I remember it being on day 1, maybe slightly less cloud like, but equally as comfortable. It stays cool, never sunk, and is comfortable in every position.
I have back problems and laying in bed makes everything feel ok. I would happily sleep on this mattress until the day I die.
The problem? I am married in my 40s and it's a full sized mattress. It feels like it's time to buy an adult bed.
I went to Mattress Firm and left very underwhelmed. Part of the problem was that the salesperson tried to upsell us and literally refused to show us a wider selection of mattresses. I obviously love some version of a foam (whatever my current bed has) but I have had real issues with temperpedic in the past.
I wondered if anyone here could recommend mattresses on the market today that could be similar enough to be worth checking out. I did some digging and have some of the specs below in case anyone knows what any of this means.
Miralux Indulgent Ultra Plush
Miralux has done it again with a mattress featuring advanced materials and construction: The Miralux Indulgent ultra plush. The Indulgent mattress from Miralux is very similar in nature to its sibling Luxuriant ultra plush mattress. The main difference is that the latex foam layer in the Luxuriant has been replaced by a similar layer of Visco foam, more commonly called memory foam.
Memory foam and latex foam work to achieve the same goal when used in a mattress � to help reduce or eliminate pressure points. The memory foam layer used in the Indulgent ultra plush mattress from Miralux gives a much different feel than the latex layer in the Luxuriant. In memory foam, your body is cradled and encased as you sink into the foam. Latex foam, on the other hand, provides a springy feel as it supports your weight.
