Hello all,

I have seen a house for sell, and I was visiting it. It's a Valesokkeli. Hear me out, I know that those are not always good decisions but there are a couple of things to consider:
- this house is affordable
- the plot is the best we've seen

It's an omakotitalo. I have been thinking mitigating the risks and I am thinking of "fixing" the foundation.

Given that the house seems still in a good shape, is it somehting that can be done? Can a valesokkeli be "fixed" ?
