I’m a queer 30-yr old artist currently in trade school for welding. I live in Loring Park (one block from the 19). My long-time roommate is moving in with her gf in Oct (she could be open to moving earlier) & I am looking for someone to take over her room/rent. Leasing company is Copenhagen Enterprises & rent is $1100 (your portion would be $500/month). I would also be open to moving into a new apartment together also in Loring or in an adjacent neighborhood. All genders/orientations etc welcome.
