My Simple Strategy, Thoughts?
I am planning on starting a new trading strategy as I will be starting a new job next month, and able to finally fund a trading account.
The strategy I plan to use is vey simple:
- Filter the news feed to see only penny stocks, then watch for good news that I know can send a stock running(FDA approvals, mergers, contracts etc.), watch for “hot” tickers that I’ve seen run big multiday before, and look for an immediate volume spike.
- Simply buy immediately once I see these conditions met, and sell soon after if nothing happens, minimal losses, huge potential gains.
Every day there is usually at least one or two 100%+ penny stock runners, and they usually all have some good news as mentioned in #2. This trading strategy is also intended to be used only during premarket, as good penny stock news usually hits around the top and bottom of every hour.
What do you guys think?
