Does anyone know a badass physical therapist or even a personal trainer who has experience rehabbing ACLs in Austin, TX?? I need someone who can be kind of tough and also know how much pain I’m supposed to be pushing through.

I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair about 1.5 years ago and my knee/quad never returned to baseline.
