I had a secondary authenticator (2fas) which i used to login to my Bitwarden, but i constantly get a "Two-step token is invalid". I know and memorized my Master Password but I can't get through because of this.

I recently downgraded my iPhone to the public version, thus resetting it. And I lost my written recovery codes when moving from my previous residency.

Now I'm stuck and locked out of nearly hundreds of Accounts & Passwords
