Seeking Career Guidance - HR | I was recently laid off and now confused on how to proceed, any recommendation?
Hi, I am an HR professional with 6 years of work experience in Operations and Operational Business Partnering. I was recently laid off due to business restructuring and am now looking out for opportunities actively. While I'm doing so, I'm also planning to enhance my overall domain knowledge, since it turns the knowledge I gained while working with my previous employers was not enough and we didn't even do real business partnering.
I'm looking for recommendations on which platform/certification to go ahead with to enhance my skillsets?
