I want some advice for property purchase involving one minor and one legal adult
So I want advice involving one 18 year old and one 16 year old who are trying to purchase a house together, specifically I want advice on how if they could purchase a property together, the main issue legally is how to split the ownership additionally they also are getting a loan.
Thus the situation is a little crazy and I want advice for them.
