I replaced our delaminated countertop with butcher block. Any pointers?

We have a 2020 Keystone bullet 290bjs that had its countertop delaminate after five years. I pulled the whole thing out and replaced it with butcher block. It wasn’t as hard as I expected. What do I need to look out for?
