GHL says "user does not exist" but my subscription is paid and active

Logging into GoHighLevel through Google sign-in suddenly stopped working. Trying to log in gives me **"user does not exist"**, even though my payment cleared successfully 5 days ago.

The account is being billed but the login treats it like it doesn't exist. Since I can't log in, I can't even reach in-app support.

Has anyone seen this with Google SSO? Any way to recover access (and my data/sub-accounts), and what's the fastest route to actual GHL support? Thanks.

Password recovery doesn't send me any email to recover it.

I can't call support right now.
