Bag Fee at the Pharmacy
Hi guys, does your pharmacy give free kind of shopping plastic/ paper bag with handle? But at our pharmacy, a shopping bag will charge $0.25.
This guy came in to pick up his medications with only 2 small vials. We gave him a small paper bag but it was no handle. Then he asked for a shopping bag with handle so I said it will be $0.25. He started attitude and stated that he picked up his medications here and why he can’t get a bag. I said I was sorry it wasn’t free. Then he started mad at me and asked he had medicaid and whether I was sure that Medicaid didn’t cover his bag when he picked up his medications. I explained Medicaid will cover your medications but not his bag. Then he quoted he needed to talk to my supervisor about this issue. My pharmacy manager gave him a bag after all but reminded him to bring his bag next time. Wtf these entitled people!!!!!
