How's it going all,

I'm hoping someone can help me out, I've been using the running coach to help get in shape and its been a huge help. With that said, I'm up to this portion of the workouts and theres no information, no description, and I have no idea what I have to do to pass. It doesnt really say anything at all. Has anyone had this issue and has any idea how to fix it?

I tried to just go run and see if it would pass but no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
