Did I miss a retcon, or are the Taftani actually being written as Muslim now?

Mage fan here, and I am a little confused after reading the latest material. The Taftani always felt like a separate Persian/Middle Eastern craft with their own Asha/Druj, djinn, and Solomonic vibe. Are they now meant to be Muslim in the text, or is this just a case of them living inside a Muslim world without being folded into the faith itself?

Manson as a Hollow One?

So I have a very Mage: The Ascension-brained question that I cannot quite phrase cleanly, but here goes.

When I look at Marilyn Manson’s whole aesthetic, symbolism, public persona, and the way he weaponized alienation, theatrical decay, and occult imagery, he feels extremely Hollow One-coded to me. Not just “goth adjacent,” but like someone who could walk straight out of a late-90s Traditions chronicle and start dropping wisdom in a candlelit basement.

What do you think? Is He can be an epic figure like Neville Nevermore?
